David Galante - President
David joined NowDocs, earlier this year and is leading the organization’s transformation from delivering customized enterprise-class software to a provider of next-generation software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for in-plants and print service providers of all sizes and requirements. David has more than 25 years of experience in digital printing and document management, e-business and technology-based business process transformation. David is the former Vice President of Commercial Document Solutions and Managed Services at FedEx Office. He held various marketing, sales management, product development and strategic planning positions at Xerox Corporation, and successfully led technology start-ups from concept to market launch. He holds an MBA from the University of Rochester’s William E. Simon School of Business and a BA in Business Administration from St. John Fisher College.
Chris Cain - Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Chris has been involved in every segment of the digital printing business, serving various roles such as Regional Sales Manager for FedEx Office and Xerox, Director of Technology for Micro Tech Custom Services, and Printing Systems Executive with Xerox. He has attained 5 President's Club Honors while consistently finishing in the top tier of national sales managers for both FedEx Office and Xerox Business Services. Keys to his accomplishments were being able to understand and address the business issues of a broad array of industries. Chris leads NowDocs in creating market strategies and managing and developing sales talent.
Sam Froese - Vice President of Enterprise Solutions
Sam joined NowDocs in 1999 and has held various leadership positions during his tenure. He has been involved in every aspect of the company's evolution into a best of breed web-based software platform in the Web2Print market. He has been involved in the entire software development lifecycle, and was responsible for product direction and strategy. He has led and helped architect all major technology integration efforts for the company. He has helped NowDocs achieve a core competency at providing SaaS to the market. He brings together both technical expertise and professional consultation skills.
Raul Moncada - Vice President of Engineering and Quality Assurance
Raul joined NowDocs in 2000 and has been instrumental in the evolution of NowDocs products and architecture. He brings over twenty-two years of software engineering experience to NowDocs and has extensive experience working on Print On Demand software and workflows. Prior to joining NowDocs, Moncada was with Hewlett-Packard for 11+ years where he started as a software engineer and was promoted to a software architect and later into management positions.
