Document Management Leadership
Mr. Heffner brings over fifteen years of leadership and marketing experience from companies such as The Los Angeles Times, Amcor Lmtd., and high growth technology providers. He joined NowDocs in 2006 to direct and drive B2B and B2C market awareness. Throughout his career, he has risen rapidly through the ranks, consistently winning and growing corporate revenues and building successful teams. Mr. Heffner has been a key contributor to planning and architecting NowDocs’ roadmap to success. He oversees daily operations, sales and marketing, and provides leadership in administrative and business strategies.
Mr. Ayala joined NowDocs in 2005 to drive NowForms product sales and development. He brings over 20 years of experience in the information processing and document processing industries including holding senior level positions with Zurich Insurance and Chrysler Corporation. Over the last 20 years, Mr. Ayala has helped large and small organizations adopt content management solutions that reduce costs, improve information accuracy and accelerate business processes.
Mr. Hedge joined NowDocs in 2001 as a senior software engineer and has been instrumental in designing products that meet customer expectations. He brings over 20 years experience in software development to NowDocs and has been instrumental in designing products that meet customer expectations. Prior to joining NowDocs Mr. Hedge worked in the insurance industry at one of the largest PPO companies in California, and at Ameron International. Early in his career he founded a software company that created programming languages and database utilities.
Mr. Mannan joined NowDocs in 2006 and oversees all facets of the Professional Service Group and product development efforts. He brings over 10 years of developing enterprise software and has led a variety of commercial software development projects. Prior to joining NowDocs, Rony worked at LandAmerica overseeing a team of developers to bring to the market the first online property tax management system for the mortgage industry which generated substantial income for a billion dollar company.
